Wrecking with friends

Definition of a kindred spirit (a.k.a. soul sister): someone who doesn't bat an eye when you pull out your Wreck this Journal and instead, jumps right in and starts wrecking. She might even ask a complete stranger to pour coffee on it. A few days later, she calls from the bookstore and says "what was the name of that journal again? I need to buy one."

That's my friend Jo-anne, wreck-star extraordinaire! (Hope the anonymous coffee-pouring lady doesn't mind her moment of "fame".)

What a delight! My favorite part is when that game lady with the coffee goes in for a 2nd round!

You are lucky to have such a wild friend. Then again, I suppose you "earned" her ;)

LOL! What fun. I love how she just jumped right in there. As soon as she thought it would be fun to ask someone, she did! Yay to having friends to share the fun with :)

omg....just received a phone call from my good friend, bev, who started out by saying'what a small world'
she then went on to tell me about her cousin's blog and her 'wreck a journal'project
i immediately knew what she was speaking about, as i am that 'stranger'
i really appreciated the opportunity to be involved with this project, and am now looking forward to watching the video, with sound, once i can find someone to help me out on that front

great project, and great time for me...

everday at starbuck's should be so exciting

Oh my goodness!!! Susan, if you ever come back to read this, you HAVE to give me your contact information! I'm so excited that you found this video and that you're as kind as you are (about pouring coffee and about putting up with the fact that I posted it without your permission online)! What a small world!

Hi Heather, this is your cousin Bev in the small big world. I have been reading and enjoying your bloggings and tweets and am sorry for not telling you that sooner. Your writing often brightens my day and makes the ordinary more fascinating. I love that my friend Susan was part of your journal-wrecking journey.
