Purple iris. One of my favorites. It was a favorite of my paternal grandmother, in Sapulpa, Oklahoma. She swore that hers were especially beautiful because she used kitchen waste (egg shells, loose tea, etc.) as fertilizer. She could be right. I just believe she had "the touch", you know.
