When you want to make a treat for the kids, and you make something called "So easy they're embarrassing squares" and you screw it up. Now THAT'S embarrassing.
Guess I should have paid more attention to Ms. Taylor back in Junior High home ec. class. :-(

I commuted with two Home Ec teachers for a number of years, but they always got perturbed when I called it Home Ec. In this provice it's now ... ahem, 'scuse me gov ... Family Studies.
I can relate to this completely. My talents definitely do not lie in the kitchen :-).
